Are you intrigued by Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga.. but a little freaked out at the same time?
This is where all the fun begins! Our Outdoor SUP Yoga classes are built for beginners in both paddle boarding and yoga. Our instructors will help you not only get comfortable with yoga basics but on the stand up paddle board as well. You will learn basic yoga poses in a seated, lying and kneeling position; as this is the best way to get comfortable with practicing Yoga on a SUP. This class will help you build towards standing on the board and will give you the skills and confidence to fully enjoy this unique sport. All experience levels are welcome and no prior experience needed to take this adventurous offering.

No bathing suit or swim wear attire necessary, just come in comfortable workout clothes that are suited for the outdoor conditions. We suggest quick drying fabrics but no special gear is required. You are welcome to bring your own board if you own one; boards will be provided to those who do not have a SUP (an additional waiver must be filled out for Rental Locker SUP use). The instructor has the option to change the class last minute to an outdoor or indoor yoga offering if the conditions are poor or safety is an issue. Water shoes or hiking sandals are recommended for walking board to beach. Proper safety precautions (ex. wearing a PFD or tether) must be followed.
